A classic gin martini is made with gin, vermouth and a garnish of olives or a twist of lemon. The only conundrum is do you shake or stir? Well, the bees solved your dilemma with a delightful buzz.

Combine and shake vigorously in a thermal container so the ice does not dilute the mixture.

1 ½ parts Bombay Sapphire Gin

¾ part Dolin Vermouth, Blanc

Chill a martini glass with ice. Throw ice away. Drizzle glass with honey before pouring mixture.

1 tsp The Honey Bee Farm Wildflower Honey

Combine in a cup that retains heat.

1 part hot Ginger Simple Syrup

1 part room temperature Rye Whiskey

Gently Stir In

1 tablespoon The Honey Bee Farm Wildflower Honey

NOTE: Do not heat honey above 120º or in the microwave, it decreases the medicinal value.
